Before Booking

How far in advance should I book an event photographer in Orlando?

For quinceañeras and large milestone events, 3–6 months in advance is ideal. For smaller birthday parties or corporate events, 4–6 weeks is usually sufficient. Peak dates (Friday/Saturday evenings) book fast, especially in the fall.

Will you direct guests for group photos?

Yes — we handle all group photo coordination so you don't have to. We'll work with your event timeline, make announcements when needed, and efficiently gather the specific groupings you want without disrupting the flow of your event.

How many photos will we receive?

It varies by event size and activity level, but typically: 100–200 edited images for a 2-hour session, 200–400 for a 4-hour event, and 400–700+ for a full 6–8 hour event. Every usable photo, fully edited — we don't limit your gallery.

When will we receive the photos?

Your full edited gallery is delivered within 48–72 hours via private Pixieset link with full-resolution downloads. Same-day or next-morning rush delivery is available for an additional fee — great for events where you want to post immediately.

Can you add video coverage to our event package?

Yes — a cinematic highlight reel (song-length edit with custom color grade) can be added to any event package for $275. It's the same cinematic quality we bring to our proposal and wedding videos. Just add it when you inquire.
