Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of canonmomentphotography.com and any photography or videography services provided by Canon Moment Photography LLC ("Canon Moment," "we," "us," "our"). By visiting our site or booking a session, you agree to these Terms.

Services

We provide photography and videography services for proposals, weddings, events, corporate engagements, real estate listings, and drone aerial work. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and the package selected at booking.

Booking & Retainer

A signed booking agreement and a non-refundable retainer (50% of package price, capped at $400 maximum) are required to reserve your date. Dates are not held without both. The remaining balance is due on or before the session date.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

• By the client: Retainers are non-refundable. Rescheduling more than 14 days before the session is permitted at no additional fee, subject to availability.
• Within 14 days: Rescheduling may incur a $150 administrative fee.
• By Canon Moment: If we cannot perform due to illness, equipment failure, or emergency, we will make every effort to send a qualified replacement. If no replacement is possible, we will refund all monies paid.
• Weather: Severe weather affecting outdoor sessions may be rescheduled at no charge.

Image & Video Usage

Clients receive a personal-use license to print, share, and display delivered photos and videos. Canon Moment retains copyright ownership and may use images in our portfolio, social media, marketing materials, and website unless specifically excluded in writing at booking.

Commercial use rights (for real estate, corporate, and brand campaigns) are included in those package categories where noted. For other categories, commercial licensing is available for an additional fee.

Delivery

Standard delivery timelines (events, weddings, proposals: 48–72 hours for photos, 2–3 weeks for wedding galleries, 5–7 business days for video; real estate: 24–48 hours; corporate: 48 hours) are best efforts based on shoot completion. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

While we make every reasonable effort to deliver high-quality work, photography is subject to factors outside our control (weather, lighting, subjects, technical equipment). In the unlikely event of equipment failure or unforeseen loss of files, our liability is strictly limited to a refund of monies paid. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Conduct

Clients and their guests agree to treat Canon Moment staff with courtesy. We reserve the right to leave a session and retain the full booking fee in cases of abuse, harassment, or unsafe conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.

Updates

We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date reflects any changes. Continued use of our site or booking new sessions after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
